Every year the Area Learning Center offers students an opportunity to learn basic business and fundraising skills through making and selling Soy Scents Candles. ALC students started this endeavor to help support the local food shelf, a program run by the Community Action Center of Northfield.

Our mission is to produce high quality candles and support our local food shelf by donating the profits.

We have a variety of scents to choose from, including cinnamon, vanilla, lilac, melon and more. Because the scents change every year, we would love to provide you with a list upon contact.

Candles are packaged in translucent, decorative bags and make convenient gifts.
